Software can contain defects and AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate. Qualified human review is required before consequential use.

Customers are responsible for their instructions, supplied data, permissions, acceptance testing and lawful use. Do not submit sensitive information or secrets to AI tools without a specific agreement and safeguards.

Projects are governed by the signed scope, acceptance criteria, service levels and contract. No unagreed delivery times or outcomes are guaranteed. Non-waivable legal rights and liability for intent or gross negligence are not excluded.

AI and automation services may use third parties subject to applicable disclosures and agreements. Users will be informed of AI interactions where required.
